My name is Marco Wezendonk. I was born in 1964 and raised in the Netherlands. From 1988 I live in Elten, a part of Emmerich at the Rhine.
As a enthusiatic Kawasaki-Fan, I was the proud owner of a Z550B from 1990 – 1994 and from 1995 I drove a Kawasaki Z1000-J2.
I bought this bike with approx 60,000 km on the clock. Currently it’s kilometer reading is 170,000. Starting in 2015 I rebuilt the Z1000J2 to a replica of a Z1000S1 including MOT approval.
The project "Kawasaki Z Classic bikes and more..."
This stems from the idea to bring together the Z-Biker community, who ride a „Z“, first registered in 1980 – 1993 (Z1000J, Z1000R (ELR), GPz1100B and KZ1000S1). May I point out, that this page is a result of my favourite past-time. I hope to meet many friends here. Please feel free to use the forum.
Occasionally I am looking for or I am selling parts. I would like to point out, that I only sell on a private basis! In the category „Z-Gebrauchtteile“ you will find, what I am currently selling. The prices are fixed, transport service DHL and DHL prices.
Guarantee or warranty do NOT apply to privately sold parts or bikes !
Should you require further information, you can contact me by phone or email. Please use the contact form. If you wish, I will return (national) calls as soon as I can.
I want to show you my bikes...
Currently I am the owner of a Z1000J2 (registered in March 1983) and a replica of the legendary Z1000S1. Eddie Lawson has been the winner of the US-american superbike-championchip 1981 on a Kawasaki Z1000J and on a Z1000S1 in 1982.
